Breathwork

Quite often we take our breathe for granted, it is something that happens naturally, we do not have to focus on.  Have you every really sat and noticed your breathe? How you breathe can have a big impact on how you feel in Body, Mind and Spirit.  By really noticing how you breathe, understanding what breathing does for the body, how it keeps us functioning, making small changes to the way we breathe, can bring about big changes in our general wellbeing.  As a breathwork coach, I will guide you to notice your breathe, working with you to find the right rythmn for
 you.
